Air Yoga (d)

1. Air Yoga

Our flagship class, open to all levels. If you're new to our studio, start here, it's a must have experience! With the help of the special yoga swing, experience deep backbends in the air, classical yogasanas with an acrobatic twist, or just hang upside down and stretch that tensed up spine!

 

Great for: releasing stress & fears, back opening, improving balance

2. Kids Air Yoga

A love at first sight for children aged 5-14, this fun but disciplined class will help your kids become familiar with inverted and acrobatic positions specific in Air Yoga, all while developing body and breath awareness and understanding basic principles of yogic practice 

 

Great for: improving calm and focus, discipline, body coordination, breath awareness

 

Intensity: easy-medium

YIN AIR YOGA

3. Yin Air Yoga

Looking for a soothing class to end a long day at work? We've got you covered.

 

With the lights dimmed and beautiful spiritual music played in the background, this evening Yin Air Yoga class is the perfect way to let go and relax. 

Expect relaxing breathing exercises and long passive stretches, that manage to open the body beautifully, especially that often tense back. 

 

Great for: deep relaxation, back opening, breath control and awareness

 

Intensity: easy-medium

WHEEL YOGA

5. FeetUP Yoga

Ever dreamt of holding your body upside down in a headstand?

 

This class uses the versatile FeetUp Chair to help you become an inversions expert, in the safest way possible!

A circus inspired one-of-a-kind practice, that you will love from the first class! 

Air Hoops is a thrilling mix of elegant dance moves, stretching, spinning, and all body toning, done on a colored metal hoop 1.5 m above the ground!

Great for:  Improving elegance of movement, upper body strength, releasing fears and control

Dynamic Hot Yoga

7. Dynamic Hot Yoga (27 °C)

This is a dynamic class, accessible to all levels, held in a heated room at 27 degrees Celsius.  Poses are connected fluidly and quickly one after another, periodically interspersed with static ones,  held for up to 1 minute

Great for:  learning new yoga asanas, improving stamina, detoxifying the body

HATHA YOGA

1. Hatha Yoga

Learn the fundamental asanas of the Hatha Yoga, which is specialized in creating balance in the mind and emotions through the gradual development of the physical body.

Great for beginners, the class has a meditative feel, with each asanas being held between 6-10 breaths, allowing time to develop flexibility, strength, balance and breath control.

 

Great for: Developing calm, purifying and harmonizing the general functioning of the body, breath and body control

Ashtanga yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is one of the most loved and on the rise practices around the world. With a standard set of poses (standing, sitting and lying down), that you can explore in any Ashtanga Yoga studio around the world, is a dynamic practice,  where each pose is held for 5 to 10 breaths. Its purpose is to develop control of breathing, attention, and the essential abilities of the body: strength, flexibility, and balance. It is also excellent for improving posture and relieving stress

 

Great for:  control of breath, stamina, flexibility, balance, focus

Beginner meditation

3. Beginner meditation

This class is created as a step-by-step tutorial on how to use the power of imagination and mental visualization to facilitate fluidity and success in personal, professional, and social life, as well as to later open doors to deeper, spiritual experiences, beyond the body and mind.

Great for beginners, just starting their way into the meditation practice but also for more experienced meditators, as they can pick up new subtleties of the visualization techniques.

Great for:  exploring the inner world, emotional balance, improving peace, joy and focus.
