3. Beginner meditation (Meditation school)
Between April 10th and June 26th we are exploring Module 2 of our Meditation School project where we get familiar with Osho's Active Meditations. Osho is one f the most prominent spiritual teachers of the XXst century, who understood very well how to create a meditative experience for the modern, western minded people, who very often have intense built-up subconscious tension in their minds, resulted from many unfulfilled desires and repressed emotions. As this deep rooted unease prevents the possibility of stillness and clarity to happen in one's life, Osho designed active meditations, that first use music, dance, shaking and other bodily manifestations to reach the subconscious mind and release it from its rigidity, so that in the end, one can experience deep stillness and peace, specific to traditional seated meditations.
Great also for beginners, just starting their way into the meditation practice but also for more experienced meditators, as they can pick up new subtleties on how to open up their subconscious minds with the help of music and movement.
Great for: exploring the inner world, emotional balance, improving peace, joy and focus.
Intensity: easy-medium
Schedule: Thursday 20:15
Teacher: Mircea
