With a standard set of poses (standing, sitting and lying down), that you can explore in any Ashtanga Yoga studio around the world, is a dynamic practice, where each pose is held for 5 to 10 breaths. Its purpose is to develop control of breathing, attention, and the essential abilities of the body: strength, flexibility, and balance. It is also excellent for improving posture and relieving stress
Ashtanga Yoga fusion is very similar to traditional Ashtanga Yoga, the difference being that the new asanas are intertwined with the traditional set, so that students can experience a larger portfolio of poses and be challenged in new ways every time.
